What is Ketosis?
Your body is designed like a dual fuel car. It can run on either carbs, or fats, for energy. “Ketosis” is when Ketones are produced in your body because you have a lack of carbs and your body needs to burn fat for energy. Your body (because of what you eat as an american/westerner) is not in ketosis on a daily basis. To achieve nutritional ketosis takes an average of about three weeks of eating no carbs, and a lot of healthy fats (bacon, coconut oil, avocado, etc.).The awesome thing about ketones is that you get about 35% more cellular activity by burning fats instead of carbs. This means more energy, more mental clarity, more focus, faster muscle growth and recovery, and no crash!
What is KETO-OS?
KETO-OS is the first evidence based nutritional supplement of it’s kind. Where it normally takes the average person between 3 to 6 weeks to produce ketones through their diet, we can have your body producing a MEASURABLE amount of ketones in under an hour. We prove this through the use of Ketone test strips that we send out with samples of the product. (A glucose monitor can also be used to do a blood test of exact ketone levels) This is my own personal experience with the KETO-OS product. The picture to the left is day 1, the center is after 10 days, and the right is after 14 days. I lost a total of 10lbs from 195 to 185. What a jump!

What should I eat
Fat. Lots of fat. It sounds crazy but in order to burn off the fat that your body is storing, you need to teach it to run on fats. You do this by reducing your carbohydrate intake in increasing your fat intake. Keep in mind this means HEALTHY fats, NOT McDonalds.
EAT: Avocado, coconut oil, bacon, grass fed organic butter, steak, chicken, fresh fish, kale, broccoli, celery, peanut butter, tomatoes, heavy cream.
DON’T EAT: Processed foods, fast food, soda, salted butters, white bread, breaded chicken, frozen meals, unnatural carbs.
